THE FOLLOWING POLICIES WILL ENSURE YOUR STAY IS A PLEASANT ONE:

CAMPERS & VISITORS must register at the office and obtain a pass. Passes must be displayed in vehicle(s) during their entire stay. Visitors must leave the campground by 11.00 p.m. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to rent a campsite without a parent or legal guardian staying with them. You are responsible for the safety and actions of all campers and guests at your campsite.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT time is 2:00 p.m.

SPEED LIMIT is 5 m.p.h.

MOTORIZED VEHICLES are to be driven ONLY by licensed drivers.

CAMPFIRES are allowed only in the fire ring at your campsite. Fires must be supervised by an adult and attended at all times. Before leaving your campsite or retiring for the night you must put your fire out completely. Trees, living or dead, are not to be cut or damaged in any way.

QUIET HOURS are 11:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m. Talking must be kept at a level that can be heard only on your campsite, not your neighbor's. Children must be at their campsite during the quiet hours.

CHILDREN must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Parents are responsible for their children and may not leave them unattended. Parents must watch children at the pond, creek or playground. No lifeguard is on duty and no swimming after dark.

FISHING is allowed in the pond for children aged 16 and younger. Fishing is also available along the shore of Duck Creek. A fishing license is required for the creek but not the pond.

PETS must be kept on a leash at all times. Do not leave them unattended anywhere in the campground. Please keep them quiet and cleaned up after. Pets are not allowed on the beach or in the pond nor are they allowed in any public buildings.  Pets MUST NOT be chained or tied to trees.

GARBAGE & RECYCLABLES should be disposed of properly. Put garbage in sealed plastic bags and dispose in the dumpster. Recyclable items should be deposited together in one of the containers next to the garbage dumpster.

GREY WATER must be kept in a holding tank and cannot be allowed to run on the ground-this is a State law. Dispose of grey and septic water in the dump station.

FIREWORKS (aerial & noisemaking), FIREARMS & WEAPONS of any kind are not allowed in the campground at any time.

NO REFUNDS Camping is an outdoor experience - No refunds are giving due to the discomforts of nature. No refunds are given if you choose to leave early.

DUCK CREEK CAMPGROUND reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We wil not be held responsible for accidents or injury to our guest, or for lose of money or valuables of any kind. Any guests not willing to follow our policies will be asked to leave.
